Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed immediately upon purchase and typically ship within 1–2 weeks.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order departs.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Our fulfillment provider ships all artwork via FedEx.

All shipments include full insurance and Signature Required at delivery to ensure secure receipt.

If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.

Address updates requested after an order is placed may delay shipment. Once in transit, we cannot reroute packages.

PO Boxes & Freight Forwarders

Signature-required shipments generally cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

We do not ship to freight forwarders without prior approval.

Tracking

A tracking link will be sent via email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Delivery Issues (Lost/Damaged/Refused)

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and resolve it.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 3 business days. We will initiate a trace/claim with the carrier.

Refused or unclaimed packages may incur return shipping and restocking fees.

Delays & Force Majeure

Weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or peak-season volumes may extend transit times. We’ll communicate any known delays.

International Shipping

We do not currently provide international shipping.

Holidays & Blackout Dates

Carrier holidays may affect pickup and delivery schedules. Orders placed near holidays may experience extended handling times.
